To evaluate an organization’s financial, operational, and internal control systems to ensure they are effective, compliant, and properly managed. They identify risks, detect weaknesses or irregularities, conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
Strategic Thinking: A Personnel Auditor should possess strategic thinking skills that go beyond compliance checking to include talent risk management, organizational efficiency, and alignment with institution’s mission.
Communication: Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey technical findings, document defects, and report risks.
Analytical Ability: Requires strong analytical skills to evaluate workforce data, compliance, and operational efficiency to ensure that personnel policies are effective, lawful, and aligned with institution’s mission.
