Front-End Developers (A1/A0) needed at DGIE (Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration) Kigali, Rwanda Deadline: 10-11-2026

To design and develop the visual and interactive parts of websites and web applications that users see and interact with. They implement user interfaces, ensure responsiveness and accessibility, fix interface issues, and work with back-end developers and designers.
To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls);
Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability scanners;
Strong knowledge of network security, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security fundamentals;
Experience in incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management;
Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is an added advantage;
Professional certifications such as Security+, CEH, or equivalent are an advantage;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills;
Effective communication and collaboration skills; and
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity
