Job Description
- To design and perform tests to identify defects, errors, and performance issues in products, software, or systems. They develop testing procedures, document results, investigate problems, and work with development teams to improve quality.
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Photo Passport
- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG)
- Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with performance and security testing is an advantage
