Job Description
- To apply scientific, mathematical, and technical knowledge to design, develop, test, operate, and improve systems, structures, products, equipment, and processes. They analyze problems, develop solutions, oversee implementation, and ensure safety and technical standards.
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Photo Passport
- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Technical Skills: Architectural design and creativity, technical drawing and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Technical Skills: Proven knowledge for both the design and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in buildings
