Core Responsibilities
The chosen field enumerators will support upcoming quantitative research data streams through the following duties:

Survey Administration: Conduct field-based, face-to-face quantitative data collection by administering highly structured surveys to target household or community respondents.

Digital Tool Ingestion: Utilize modern mobile and digital data collection platforms (such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, or survey tracking applications) to log responses seamlessly in real-time.

Data Integrity Maintenance: Cross-check completed digital entries directly on the field to proactively flag omissions, numerical errors, or structural bias before submitting them to the database supervisor.

Ethics Compliance: Adhere strictly to L4D’s established institutional research guidelines, respecting respondent confidentiality, community norms, and data data privacy laws.
