Mandatory Eligibility Steps

To qualify for the evaluation pool, candidates must successfully complete all of the following tracking steps:

1. Become a Member: You must be a registered She Plus Tech member.

2. Path Selection: Register your direct interest in one of the specialized learning pathways offered on the platform.

3. Professional Network: Follow the official She Plus Tech company page on LinkedIn.

4. Form Submission: Complete and submit the official interest tracking form carefully.

Strict Technical Requirements

Because this program includes formal assessments and industry-vetted exams, you must have access to a device that meets these precise hardware metrics. Mobile phones and Chromebooks are strictly prohibited for assessments:

• Device Type: Laptop or Desktop computer only.

• Operating System: Windows 10 (or higher) OR Mac OS 10.15 (or higher).

• Hardware Specs: Sufficient CPU and RAM capacity to cleanly run a secure browser environment alongside heavy exam content.

• Webcam & Microphone: Fully operational hardware for identity validation during proctored exams.

• Browser Sandbox: Ability to download and whitelist the Coursera Locking Browser installer through your antivirus tools, firewalls, or corporate endpoint protections.

• Web Basics: An updated version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari with JavaScript and cookies actively enabled.

• Internet Speed: A stable connection providing at least 1–2 Mbps for standard video streams (higher speeds required for HD playback).

Crucial Program Terms & Conditions

Please Note: Due to extreme application volume, meeting the baseline criteria does not automatically guarantee selection. Only successful candidates will receive onboarding email alerts.

• The Account Match Rule: Your application email must exactly match the email address tied to your official She Plus Tech membership profile. Discrepancies will result in automated disqualification.

• Performance Checks: Access keys will be provisioned between June 29 and July 6, 2026. The system tracks progress every few weeks. If a learner fails to show reasonable milestone completions, actively engage with the community, or attend mandatory webinars, they will be removed from the program.

• One Path Limit: Candidates can only register for one (1) learning pathway per cohort cycle.

• Community Amplification: Selected scholars are expected to post on public channels about their acceptance, progress milestones, and final graduation completions, alongside providing a formal testimonial.
