Key Responsibilities
As an ICT Intern, you will work under the Manager of Finance and Contracts and a remote IT officer to ensure 99.9% system availability:

User Support (Level 1 & 2): Diagnosing software/hardware issues and training staff on IT tools.

Network Management: Optimizing wired/wireless networks, managing Firewalls, DNS, and IP protocols.

Asset Lifecycle: Managing the maintenance and technical reception of computers and video conferencing equipment.

Cybersecurity: Implementing security policies and alerting users to new cyberattack techniques.

Cloud & Admin: Supporting Azure AD (Entra) and Intune environments.
Requirements (Eligibility Profile)
To be eligible for this competitive selection, you must meet the following:

Nationality: Rwandan Citizen.

Age: Maximum 25 years old.
-
Education: University of Rwanda (UR) Alumni (Graduated within the last 12 months).

Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related IT field.

Grade: Minimum 70% (2nd Upper Division) or equivalent.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365, Network protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
