Job Description
- To manage the costs and financial aspects of construction projects, including preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, budgets, tender documents, valuations, and monitoring project expenditures. They also assess contracts and variations and help control construction costs.
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below

- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Photo Passport
- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Technical Skills: Understanding of Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Construction contracts, Project cost control and reporting and Risk management in construction
