Job Description
- To apply scientific and practical knowledge to improve crop and livestock production, agricultural practices, and natural resource management. They may conduct research, provide technical advice, support farmers, and promote sustainable and productive farming methods.
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below
- Application letter
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Photo Passport
- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness and Horticulture
- Possession of ability to handle agribusiness projects
- Having professional courses/certificates in horticulture, post-harvest techniques, landscaping and greenhouse management
- Having some experience in agro-processing and exportation of agricultural goods
- Having good analytical and advisory skills
