Job Description
- To provide legal advice and guidance on laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and legal matters;
- Review and draft legal documents, assess legal risks, support dispute resolution, and help ensure that an organization operates within applicable laws and regulations; and
- To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below
- Application letter
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Photo Passport
- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s Degree in Law or a related field is an added advantage;
- Experience in public or corporate law preferred;
- Professional certification in procurement or legal practice is desirable;
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement regulations;
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills; and
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
