To design, review, and improve educational curricula, learning objectives, course content, teaching materials, and assessment methods; and
To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields

Academic Qualification: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psycho-pedagogy, Educational leadership, Curriculum and Instruction (C&I);
Should be able to identify employees’ capacity gaps and desired intuitional goals, interpret the gaps to ensure the written curriculum reflects the required competences;
Conduct content mapping and continuous evaluation for regular review to ensure relevance of the curriculum; and
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey findings, document defects, and report.
