Are you an experienced supply chain and purchasing professional looking for a new challenge? TRAC is currently hiring a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead its sourcing, contract management, and supply chain operations. This is a critical leadership role for an individual who excels at building vendor relationships and optimizing operational costs.
About the Role
As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process. You will ensure that all goods, services, and equipment are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with internal and external regulations. You will play a key role in strategic sourcing, risk management, and driving value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors locally and internationally.

Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for pricing, terms of service, and delivery schedules to secure the best value.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and quality requirements.

Inventory & Logistics Oversight: Work closely with the logistics and finance teams to forecast needs, manage inventory levels, and track expenditures.

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the procurement team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role.

Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and ethical decision-making abilities.
