Program Overview
The Mastercard Foundation is committed to enabling young people in Africa to access dignified and fulfilling work. Through this program, Shortlist acts as the East African placement partner, identifying talent for various roles in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Sudan, and Burundi.
