To plan and manage food preparation and catering services while ensuring meals are nutritious, safe, balanced, and appropriate for the needs of individuals or groups. This may include menu planning, food quality control, nutrition guidance, budgeting, and hygiene management.
To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields

Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food science, or Hospitality management and certificates in food safety, professional cookery, and health-focused nutrition
Communication: Effective communication in catering and nutrition with soft skills to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction. It requires verbal clarity, active listening, and the ability to translate complex nutritional science into accessible information
Strategic thinking: involves transforming food service from a transactional utility into a value-driven asset that enhances health, boosts productivity, and improves sustainability
Analytical thinking: systematic evaluation of food components to ensure safety, quality, nutritional value, and regulatory compliance
