Mount Meru Soyco Ltd, a leading agro-processing company and part of the Mount Meru Group, is seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Officer to join our team in Kayonza, Rwanda.
Location: Kayonza, Rwanda
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Administer and maintain Windows desktop environments.
Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall infrastructure.
Administer Sophos Antivirus and endpoint security.
Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system reports.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Systems Administration or IT.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and endpoint security solutions is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
