Key Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst will take ownership of performance improvement initiatives and cross-functional strategic projects. Core duties include:

Financial & Strategic Analysis: Conduct robust financial modelling, feasibility studies, and comprehensive business case development.

Business Intelligence: Develop, deploy, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and executive management reports to track operational performance.

Market & Industry Research: Execute deep-dive market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry assessments to identify new avenues for business growth and process efficiency.

Corporate Planning: Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and holistic business transformation initiatives.

Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations and analytical reports for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts within the firm, promoting industry best practices in business analysis, data management, and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To thrive in this analytical leadership role, candidates must meet the following strict professional benchmarks:

Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business/financial analysis, business intelligence, strategic planning, or consulting.

Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience operating in a senior or leadership capacity.

Technical Skillset: Demonstrated mastery in financial modelling, business case development, dashboard reporting, and business performance analytics.
Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage): > * Business Analysis: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA.
Data Analytics: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent).
Finance: Active ACCA, CPA, or CFA qualifications.
