Electronics Engineers (A1/A0) needed at DGIE (Rwanda Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration) Kigali, Rwanda Deadline: 10-11-2026

To design, develop, test, maintain, and improve electronic circuits, devices, systems, and equipment. They work with components, embedded systems, control systems, telecommunications, and electronic technologies.
To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.

Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree in relevant fields

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage);
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, and signal processing;
Experience with electronic design tools (e.g., Altium, Proteus, or equivalent);
Knowledge of communication systems, sensors, and control systems;
Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware-software integration;
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of complex electronic systems;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to lead projects and mentor engineering teams;
Good documentation and reporting skills; and
High level of integrity and attention to quality and safety standards
